They both come from a long line of meat cutters. Adam Sr’s father made and sold fresh and smoked meats and owned a stand at central market in the early 1900's. In the fall of 1957 Adam Sr and Adam Jr opened a small retail meat market on Main Street called Meat Packers Outlet. Four years later with 5 employees Meat Packers Outlet moved to Fifth Street where it resides today. |
